So initially the chain I ordered was not in stock, I spoke with their representative and received great service, the replacement was better than my initial purchase and they also sent these earbuds free for my wife. Good service and I will definitely do business with these guys again, the manager answered my call and my items were shipped immediately actually received them the next day ... Awesome company, great service.
I received the chain pretty fast. Happy about that. The chain is too small for me and I’ve reached out with 3 emails and have gotten ZERO RESPONSE FROM THE SELLER. That is a red flag to me. Want to return it and get no response whatsoever. So my review is not a positive one. Spending that kind of money with no communication is bad business. Hopefully with this review I’ll receive so kind of a response

The second time I wore the necklace it broke just pulling it out of my shirt. I have tried to reach out to WSG multiple times but have not heard back. Disappointed in the necklace and the company.
I ordered the 24" 18k 3mm but unfortunately it was not currently in stock, the manager contacted me and offered me another option. I thought about it and it was actually a better option, it arrived very fast after the issue and I'm really pleased with the product, will definitely be doing business with them again, after this transaction they have shown me to be truthful, honest and professional. This is a nice necklace and looks good however it’s super lightweight and doesn’t fall as nicely as some of my other rope chains I have from different merchants which are slightly heavier.
It’s great as a gift, the quality looks great! It’s very true to size but if you are on the more “buff” or “big body” side I’d recommend going a size up! I got a 20’ for my husband but it looked small on him since he’s more “buff”, so do recommend going up to 22 inch

Purchased a 14K paperclip necklace and it was marked 5.75 grams. I weighed it when I received it and it was only 1.75 grams. Obviously, this was a huge error. I contacted the company immediately but they didn’t respond until I sent the THIRD email. I requested a return shipping label and still have not received after an additional two emails. They were quick enough to take my money for a purchase so if they don’t respond by the end of the day, I will be contacting my credit card company for a dispute.
The chain I got was perfect. It looked great and the price was right.
chain is nice but tends to kink and after 2.5 months I’ve had 2 solder connections fail. A bit disappointing.
Chain broke in about 2 weeks customer service only offered me $100 to send it back and buy something else which was crazy because I definitely spent more than that on the item will have to take it to a jeweler myself to get it repaired
This box chain is gorgeous!.. It's very reflective and even though it's tiny, it packs a punch. I needed a thin chain for the very first diamond pendant I received from my husband, which has a tiny bail. This chain fits it perfectly. It is strong, well made and beautiful.
I know it's only three gram, but it is an investment for my son and family members. I saw people complain about shipping, I had NO issues. I was sent prior email and text informing me of tracking and shipment. Order arrived on time and very secured packing.
