This rope chain is in amazing quality. The feel of it is amazing and it does not give me any type of irritation. I wear it in the shower, outside in 11- weather, to work and play tennis. And it does no tarnish, fade, or irritate me. I have gotten so many compliments on this chain and where I got them from. I have to let everybody know where to get legit rope chain.

Initially I ordered 2 Figaro chains from this company. One was perfect but the other had an issue with a clasp. As they were Christmas gifts I immediately sent an email stating my concern. Within a short period of time they reached out to me making it so simple to return and replace the item. After discussion I decided on this 20” rope necklace as the replacement. Clasp was perfect, chain is perfect! Super high quality 14k gold! I could not be happier with this company, their products and their outstanding customer service!!!
