I immediately contacted customer service for help with the issue. From June 3rd, 2026 to today June 16th, 2026 I have not received any response from them at all to my three messages. During the time of waiting to hear back from them I was able to get it open to release the other end of the chain.
Their customer service is non-existent. The phone number they have associated with company is just a number that takes you to nowhere in speaking with anyone. Even leaving a comment directly to them does not yield any response.
Due to this happening, I do not trust this company to shop from them again. They offer no help and I will not recommend them.

It's just as I though , and it was easy and fast , the order was delivered within 2 days by Fedex . The packaging is nice in a nice lovely box as you see in the photo . One free gold bar with two was very good .

Look and feel great for 3 of the chains. One of the links came undone to on the 4th the one and had to stop wearing brcause it was scraching the neck raw. The gold itself is good quality. The craftmanship apparently wad not so great on the one chain. Packaging was good and arrived safe with signature required.

After spending weeks researching Figaro chains, comparing weights, pricing, and construction, I decided to take a chance on Shop WGS. I had a lot of questions before purchasing and their team stayed responsive throughout the process. They even sent me a photo of my actual chain on a scale before shipping to confirm the weight.
The chain arrived at 6.9 grams, tested as real 10K gold by a local jeweler, and looks great in person. Most importantly, it does not feel cheap or flimsy like many of the chains I looked at from larger retailers and online sellers.

These were my first two purchases through WGS, and I couldn’t be happier. I first purchased 3.5 mm 20 inch solid gold. Cuban curb chain. Initially, I thought I wanted a heavier one so I purchased a 5.5 mm 20 inch… initially I thought I would return the first one; however, I love them so much, and I love the look of both of them together, so I’m keeping them both! If you’re on the fence about dealing with this company, don’t be. Excellent customer service, excellent prices, and excellent delivery every time. This is my new go to place for gold.

I’m on the east coast and was skeptical of buying gold on the internet but after talking to an employee I decided to go for it. Glad I did I bought a 14k solid gold rope chain. The necklace is just as expected and came in a beautiful box. Shipping was super fast
9/10. For the price paid I am very happy. I got the Cuban sterling silver 5mm 24 inch. Only complaint is that it’s a bit thin and light. I bought this as a daily wear chain knowing it will get a bit beat up so I can keep my other chains pristine only for special occasions. That being said it’s very shiny and nice looking.
