For guest users, an order number is included in each email that confirms an order. Once you receive the tracking number, you can track your order on the carrier's website.

If for any reason we are unable to ship your order, you will receive a full refund. Order cancellation notifications will be sent to the customer's email address or, if an email address is unavailable, by phone.
