  • Use proper outer packaging to protect returned item(s).
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or store credit if requested.
  • Sale/Clearance items are final and non-refundable unless flawed or damaged.

Gifts with Purchase

  • Gifts must be returned with the qualifying item(s).
  • If not returned, your account will be charged for the value of the gift.
  • If you choose to keep the gift, the value will be deducted from your refund.
  • Gifts must be in original condition and packaging to avoid charges.
