The chain was just as advertised, 20 inches, 3.5 mm, approx 5.3 grams. Good looking, a lot of shine. Comparatively, price was fantastic. Local jewelry stores' prices were 2-2.5 times higher for chains that weren't as thick, didn't weigh as much and were hollow!!! I'm really pleased with it, I hope the recipient is!
Also, the company was awesome to work with. There was an issue where my package was held up at the post office. The company offered to send me another one with 2 day delivery just to make sure I got it in time for Christmas (with the understanding that I'd send one back if I received both). Fortunately, that wasn't necessary, but super nice that they offered😊

Received this necklace yesterday and am very happy with it. It is really nice and really shines and sparkles. It felt a little light so I took it to my jewler and they checked it out real good and told me that for $471 after discount I had gotten a really good deal. Everything was on the up and up.
