At World Gold Shop, we are confident that you will fall in love with your purchase. If, however, you are not ecstatic for whatever reason, follow our Simple Returns policy below to determine your eligibility.
Return Policy
- Returns must be received within 30 days of the shipment date.
- Items must be unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All packaging, manuals, and certifications (if applicable) must be included.
- Use proper outer packaging to protect returned item(s).
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method or store credit if requested.
- Sale/Clearance items are final and non-refundable unless flawed or damaged.
Gifts with Purchase
- Gifts must be returned with the qualifying item(s).
- If not returned, your account will be charged for the value of the gift.
- If you choose to keep the gift, the value will be deducted from your refund.
- Gifts must be in original condition and packaging to avoid charges.
