- We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receiving your item.
- To be eligible for a return, ensure the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received, including tags.
- Please contact us at info@shop-wgs.com to start the return process. Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted.
- For orders qualifying for a free gift above $299.99 (excluding taxes and shipping), the free gift must also be returned if the total order value falls below $299.99 upon return of partial items.
- Ensure your returned item(s) are appropriately protected during shipping by using suitable outer packaging.
- Shipping and handling fees from your initial order are non-refundable unless the item is found to have a manufacturing defect by our Returns Department.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used or as store credit, upon approval of the return.
- Please note that purchases made from the Sale and Clearance areas on our website are final and non-refundable, except for flawed or damaged items.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval and process the refund within 10 business days.
